1. Tribal Tales (FRIDAY 5 PM)

Description: A couple is called into missions despite being told that they are not "missionary material" and than are sent to a tribe in New Guinea.  See how they daily taught Jesus's life so that an entire tribe mourned His death, rejoiced in His resurrection, and followed Christ as a testimony to God's great power.  Then in the next film meet some young missionaries who, against all odds, travel 40,000 miles in 18 months reaching out to every nation, tribe, and tongue they encounter.  Circumventing the globe to help everyone they come into contact with, these traveling missionaries meet tribes very few Christians ever reach and learn more than they ever thought possible.

 

2. Title of Seminar: A Nigerian Story of Salvation--In His Own Words (SATURDAY 11 AM)

Description: Mohammad, a Fulani herdsman in Nigeria, found the deep love and lordship of Jesus Christ through a series of remarkable dreams. Jesus’ appearance in those dreams altered the course of his life. Though his father tried to kill him in the wake of his conversion, he survived the various attempts on his life and eventually led his father to faith in Christ.
 
3. Title of Seminar: Underground Reality: Praise and Persecution (SATURDAY 1 PM)
 
Films shown: "Underground Reality" (Vietnam) and excerpts from "The Cross" (China)
 
Description: Eight ordinary teens set out on a mission in 2006 to meet the underground church in Vietnam. Travel with this group of American and Australian teenagers as they journey through cities and jungles in order to experience the life and worship of the Vietnamese underground church. Then meet an extraordinary peasant woman from the underground church in China whose praise songs are sung even today in house churches throughout China.
 

 

4. Missionary Miracles (SATURDAY 4:30 PM)

Description: Does your church support a missionary that takes the Gospel message to the Jewish people?  If your answer is, "No", then you need to hear these stories of Jewish Christians in Israel.  Their miracle that allowed them to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ with all of Israel needs to be heard.  Then, follow the stories of three Indonesian Christians in Muslim Indonesia who learn that God can make a way for life, love, and hope...no matter what the circumstances or how strong the opposition seems to be.
